Depending on your plan, health insurance may cover some or most of the fees.
About Insurance:
I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, Preferred One, Aetna, and the Health Partner's secondary network. Please contact your insurance company to confirm that I am a covered provider under your specific plan. You will also want to ensure that you understand the benefits and limits of your coverage. Some insurance providers only provide coverage for certain diagnoses and/or a limited number of sessions. It is your responsibility to understand your coverage. I can work with you to determine out of network coverage options as well.
I will file insurance claims on your behalf. Co-payments must be paid in full at the time of service. Deductibles and co-insurance due will be billed to you after your claim has been processed with your insurance company. Please bring your insurance card, photo identification, and proof of current address with you to your first visit.
